At UK-Assignments, we aim to deliver high-quality academic support. If something is not quite right, we will refine the work so it meets your original brief. This policy explains how revisions, approvals, refunds, and disputes are handled in a fair way for you and for our writers.

Free revisions

  • What you get: up to three free revisions.
  • Must match the brief: all revision requests must align with your original instructions. New or changed requirements will need a new editing or proofreading order.
  • How to request: use the “Request Revision” button on your dashboard before you press “Mark completed”, or within 7 days of delivery. For papers over 20 pages, the window is 14 days.
  • Approval reminder: please review the file carefully before pressing “Mark completed”. Once pressed, the order is closed to further revisions.
  • Turnaround: most revisions are completed within 3 days, depending on scope and complexity.

Beyond free revisions

If you have used your three free revisions, or your request goes beyond the original brief, please place a new order for editing or proofreading and list the changes required.

Post-approval revision requests

After you press “Mark completed”, revisions are not available. If you need changes at that point, please place a new order. To avoid this, review the work in full before final approval.

Finalising your order

  • For papers under 20 pages: you have 7 days to review and approve the final file.
  • For papers over 20 pages: you have 14 days to review and approve.

If no action is taken within your window, the system will mark the order as complete. Further changes will then require a new order.

Refunds – money-back guarantee

Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.

  • 100% refund: if no writer has accepted your order and it has not moved to “In progress”.
  • 50% refund: if you cancel after assignment and the writer has completed up to half of the work. This covers the writer for time already spent.

Late delivery

We work hard to meet agreed deadlines. Please keep in touch with your writer through the dashboard if you have timing concerns.

  • If delivery is late but you still need and use the work, a refund is not available.
  • If a delay means the work is no longer usable for its intended purpose, we will review a refund request on a case-by-case basis.

Important notes on refunds

  • Your 7 – 14 day approval window starts from the moment the last version is uploaded to your dashboard.
  • After the window closes and the order is auto-completed, refunds are no longer possible.
  • If you are unhappy with quality, please request a revision within the applicable window. After you press “Mark completed”, further changes require a new order.
  • Refund requests are not possible after the order is marked as complete.

Dispute resolution

If you open a dispute, please provide clear reasons and supporting evidence. We will review the brief, messages, and the work.

  • You may be asked for more information. If it is not provided within 14 days, the dispute will be closed.
  • You will have 14 days to work with our Customer Experience Manager to resolve the issue. If you need more time, contact Customer Support.

Final approval and refunds

Pressing “Mark completed” confirms you are satisfied with the work. After that point, revisions and refunds are not available.

Copyright and licence on refund

If a full refund is issued, your licence to use any materials provided under the order is withdrawn. You must not submit, share, or use the refunded work. UK-Assignments retains copyright in the refunded work and may keep it for internal quality, compliance, and anti-fraud purposes. We will not publish or disclose any client-identifying information.

No grade guarantee

We do not guarantee specific grades. Academic outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. Refunds cannot be made on the basis of grade results.

REFUNDS: MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

Refunds can be issued only to the original payment source under the following conditions:

  • 100% Refund:
    You are eligible for a full refund if no writer has accepted your order, and the order has not moved into the “In Progress” stage.
  • 50% Refund:
    You may be eligible for a 50% refund if you change your mind after the order is placed, and the writer has completed up to half of the paper. At this stage, the writer will need to be compensated for the work completed.

Refund for Late Delivery

At UK-Assignments, we understand the importance of timely delivery, and we make every effort to ensure your work is delivered by the agreed deadline. However, in rare cases where unforeseen delays occur, we advise you to maintain communication with your writer throughout the process. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your order and address any concerns as early as possible.

If your paper is delivered after the deadline but you still require the work, we will not issue a refund as the work has been completed. However, if the delay means that the paper is no longer needed or has rendered the work unusable (for example, if the paper is late and your submission deadline has passed), we will review your refund request on a case-by-case basis.


IMPORTANT NOTES ON REFUNDS

You have 7 days to review and approve the final version of your paper for orders under 20 pages, and 14 days for orders exceeding 20 pages. This time frame begins from the moment the last version is uploaded to your dashboard. After this period, the paper will automatically be marked as complete, and refunds will no longer be possible.

If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the paper, you must request a revision within the appropriate revision time frame. After marking the order as complete, no further revisions are possible, and a new order will need to be placed for any changes.

Refund requests will not be possible after the order is marked as complete. You will have up to the 7-day or 14-day approval period to raise any concerns before finalising the order.


DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If you initiate a dispute, you must provide clear reasons and evidence to support your claim. The dispute resolution process may take time as it involves communication with the writer and evaluation of the work. You may be asked to submit additional materials to support your case. Failure to provide requested information within 14 days will result in annulment of the dispute, and refunds will no longer be possible.

FINAL APPROVAL & REFUNDS

Once you press the “Mark completed” button, you are confirming that you are satisfied with the quality of the work, and no further revisions or refunds will be possible. Please ensure you review your paper thoroughly before marking it as completed.


COPYRIGHT & REFUND POLICY

If you request a full refund, you forfeit the right to use any of the materials provided during the course of the work. All materials become the property of UK-Assignments, and we reserve the right to publish the paper online for commercial purposes. This is to protect the writer’s work in cases where a refund is requested after the completion of the order.
